We are pleased to enclose your personal hand written message with each gift on All Boxed Up's complimentary gift card. Please be advised that All Boxed Up accepts no responsibility whatsoever for misspelt names and addresses on the gift card or envelope. It is up to the client to advise our consultants of any varied spelling of the recipients name or address.
Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from The Heavenly Group must be notified to Customer Service within 24 hours of being delivered. The Heavenly Group will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
All gifts are individually wrapped and decorated with quality ribbon. A small handmade gift card is included for your personalised message. Should any product be unavailable at the time of ordering, All Boxed Up will substitute this item with one of the same value or higher.
If the recipient of the gift is not 100% satisfied, we will happily replace it with another, or refund your money.
If You or the recipient of an order may return a gift that has been purchased from All Boxed Up because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a gift. This excludes all perishable goods (including all food items), cosmetics (including hair products) and sale items. Except where required by law, all returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, unopened and in original condition, undamaged and within 30 days of delivery. Authorisation to return must be given by All Boxed Up. In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund in the form of a All Boxed Up Gift Voucher. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return and redelivery to you. We will not refund any initial delivery, wrapping or other fees.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, except where required by law.
